Appraisals
All diamond and precious stone jewellery is accompanied by an appraisal certificate prepared by an independent gemological laboratory at no extra charge to you.

Life Time Trade-Up
At any time, your Josephine’s diamond ring, solitaire pendant or solitaire earrings can be traded-up for a new item provided that the new item has a value at least 50% higher than the original.


Risk Free Engagement Ring Surprise Proposal
If our joint effort has not resulted in an engagement ring setting that is 100% to her taste and desire when you surprise her with the proposal, we will gladly transfer the diamond at no extra charge, to another setting of similar value that she can choose after the surprise is over. Only complicated customized settings would incur an additional charge.


Cleaning and Examination
We highly recommend that you bring in your diamond jewellery annually to have it examined for wear and ultrasonically cleaned free of charge.

Exchange Policy
In striving for total satisfaction for the recipient of gifts, any item can be exchanged within seven days, or longer by written arrangement, for any other item of similar value or more, provided that the item being exchanged is not used and is in original condition.
